**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

**On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for improved search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new and existing content.

**Technical SEO**:

- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
- Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations and improve site structure.

**Link Building**:

- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance website authority.
- Establish partnerships and collaborations to acquire high-quality backlinks.

**Content Strategy**:

- Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals and engage the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate regular reports to communicate key performance indicators and progress.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations for adapting strategies to align with evolving search engine algorithms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
