**Position Overview:

A Warranty Advisor is responsible for managing customer warranty claims and ensuring they are processed accurately and in a 9mely manner. The role requires an individual with excellent communica9on skills who can effec9vely deal with customer complaints while closely working with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

**Key Responsibilities:

1. Process customer warranty claims and communicate with customers regarding the status of their claims.

3. Review and analyse warranty claims data to iden9fy trends and opportuni9es for improvement.

4. Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Customer Service and Technical
Support to resolve customer issues.

5. Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their claims and to address any ques9ons or concerns they may have.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interac9ons and warranty claim details.
7. Provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
8. Con9nuously improve processes and procedures to ensure that warranty claims are processed efficiently and effec9vely.
9. Par9cipate in training and development ac9vi9es to maintain knowledge of product and warranty policies and procedures

**Desired Skillets and Experience:

- **
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a warranty support role from a Commercial Vehicle Dealership

Of Tata Motors.
- Excellent communica9on skills
- Strong aWen9on to detail and organisa9onal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of warranty and product process and procedure.
- Strong problem-solving and analy9cal skills.

The average salary range for this role is 25-40K per month. Incen9ves may vary depending on the performance.
