**Job Title: Digital Marketer**

**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Design performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies and website updates in coordination with content and tech teams
- Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets (banners, videos, reels, etc.)
- Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
- Coordinate with agencies or freelancers when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and retargeting
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Familiarity with content marketing and web tools (WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)

**Nice to Have**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
