Site Supervisor-Cleaning Services:
We are looking for a site supervisor who can oversee our cleaning team in performing cleaning duties and associated tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and assigning specific duties and tasks to clean personnel and ensure they are carried out.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings /faults to the Manager.
- Assist the manager in providing the required training to cleaning personnel.
- Controlling and maintaining the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid wastage and misuse.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Inspect cleaning equipment on regular basis.
**Requirements**:

- Must have good interpersonal attributes.
- Stamina to handle the physical demand of the job.
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team
- Should have a clear understating of the company’s policy.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
