**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
**Administrative Support**:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Maintain accurate records of business documents, reports, and client information.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and executing workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure successful event execution.
- **Client and Visitor Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and trainees professionally.
- Address client queries and provide information about our services.
- **Documentation and Typing**:
- Prepare and edit letters, reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Maintain databases and ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- **Financial Assistance**:
- Handle basic bookkeeping, including tracking expenses and generating invoices.
- Support the finance team with data entry and document organization.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Serve as a point of contact between team members and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and provide administrative support to the training team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
