We produce and sell high quality of products and accessories worldwide and deliver value to our customers. We are urgently looking out for **Female Sales Executive** for our Surat Jewellery Boutique.
- **Eligibility**:

- Any Graduate with min experience of 2 yrs in jewellery industry is preferred.
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Local language as per the location.
- Ability to work effectively within time-frame ability to deliver the task effectively.

**Roles / Responsibilities**:

- Presenting and selling of products/services using well-mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
- Upselling, Cross-Selling to the potential customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Need to build a good relationship with the customer and maintain a database
- Generating Leads as per set targets for week/month.
- Handling old and new customers for sales
- Should be customer-focused
- Should be smart to relate the product to the upcoming events for the customer.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
