**Job description**

The pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing drug-related advice to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medication. This role involves managing prescriptions, advising on over-the-counter medications, and maintaining accurate patient records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients on the use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
- Maintain patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
- Valid Karnataka pharmacist license.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy.
