**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Content Coordinator to manage and oversee all course materials across the university’s programs. The role involves curating, organizing, updating, and maintaining educational resources, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of content for students and faculty.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Management**:

- Organize, curate, and manage all course-related materials, including syllabi, lecture presentations, notes, assignments, tests, and question banks.
- Ensure all materials are standardized, up-to-date, and aligned with the university’s academic guidelines and curriculum requirements.
- Maintain a digital repository for all resources using the university’s Learning Management System (LMS) or similar tools.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with faculty members to collect and update course content in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment of course materials with academic objectives.
- Provide support to faculty in creating or improving instructional materials.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Review submitted materials for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with academic standards.
- Ensure that all content adheres to copyright and intellectual property regulations.

**Technical Support**:

- Upload and organize materials on the university’s digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to content management systems.
- Provide training to faculty and staff on using the LMS and other tools effectively.

**Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the usage and effectiveness of course materials.
- Generate regular reports on content updates and compliance across departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in academic content management, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with managing course materials in higher education settings is a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and document management tools.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and file management systems.
- **Key Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property laws related to educational content.
