**Job Title**: PR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investor Engagement & Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors through regular communication and personalized interactions.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate and manage company events, webinars, and knowledge sessions to enhance investor engagement.
- **Personalized Investor Communication**: Greet and wish investors on birthdays, anniversaries, and other special milestones to foster lasting relationships.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide investors with timely updates on financial performance, company activities, and engagement initiatives.
- **Data Management**: Maintain investor profiles and ensure accurate data updating in CRM and relevant software.
- **Brand Representation**: Participate in exhibitions, financial summits, and corporate networking events as a brand ambassador.
- **Event Analysis**: Document key takeaways and feedback from events to identify areas for improvement.
- **Professional Communication**: Uphold the company's professional image in all external communications and client interactions.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Teams**: Work closely with marketing teams to align PR activities with overall branding strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR, investor relations, or corporate communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management software.
- Willingness to travel and participate in corporate events and exhibitions.
