**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day on-site activities of solar project execution.
- Ensure project work is carried out according to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion.
- Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and on-site workforce.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project management teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and daily logs.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as needed.
- Implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in solar project execution, preferably in Ground mount and utility-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar Site Execution, balance of system components, and civil/electrical installation practices.
- Experience in handling site teams and contractors.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in challenging and dynamic site environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,507,356.31 - ₹5,509,150.14 per year
