- Installation and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network
- Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems for Connectivity.
- Configured and troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components & Report for change request.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
- Any Documentation & Change request update in standardized format.
- Vendor coordination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
