**Job Summary**:
The Grade 1 English Teacher is responsible for introducing young learners to the fundamentals of the English language, including phonics, vocabulary, sentence formation, basic grammar, reading comprehension, and writing. The teacher plays a vital role in developing a strong language foundation in an engaging, supportive, and nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons focused on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Introduce phonics, sight words, and foundational grammar through engaging and interactive activities.
- Use visual aids, storytelling, rhymes, and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instruction accordingly.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and builds confidence.
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and homework in alignment with the curriculum.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Create displays and learning aids to enhance classroom appeal and effectiveness.
- Encourage good behavior and social skills through classroom routines and consistent discipline.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate in English or any discipline with strong English proficiency.
- B.Ed. or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching young children (preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Passion for teaching and engaging with young learners.
- Creative, patient, and energetic with strong classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with phonics-based learning methods and child-centric teaching approaches.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
