- As a Executive
- AVR, you will be a part of the Customer Experience team and will report to Lead
- AVR. The purpose of your role will be:
1. To rectify the Accidental vehicle consignment.
2. Coordination with different departments to repair the vehicles with Zero defects.
3. To save the cost of repairs and maintain lead time of vehicle repairing.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. To repair & despatch all the vehicles received in our section with zero defect.
2. Implementation of new cost saving initiatives thru generating P.O. to reduce the repair cost of accidental consignment.
3. Coordination for claim and arrangement of Survey for total loss cases received in Accidental Consignment.
4. To provide the on job training to our temporary contractual manpower.
5. To support capitalized vehicle section for capitalized the vehicles, parts and engines as per the requirement.
6. To ensure the removal of hazardous materials from Accidental repair area and implementation of all safety measures in Accidental repair area as per the plant requirement.**A Day in the life**

- AVR, you will be responsible to coordinate with different departments to repair the vehicle with zero defects and rectify accidental vehicle consignments. This role will will allow you to interact with the different stakeholders from internal to external and provide you an exciting opportunity to explore on how to make a difference in the satisfaction levels of the customers directly**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma/B.E./ B.Tech. Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile
- 2-3 years of experience in Service/Technical department
