**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the hospital's inventory and supplies, ensuring the timely procurement, storage, and distribution of medical and non-medical items. The role ensures compliance with health standards, inventory control systems, and cost-efficiency while supporting uninterrupted hospital operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the hospital store including inventory management, goods receiving, and dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all medical supplies, drugs, surgical items, and general hospital goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock using hospital inventory software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Coordinate with the purchase department and vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Inspect goods received for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area as per hospital and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Handle documentation related to stock transactions - GRNs, issue slips, return notes, etc.
- Ensure disposal of expired or damaged goods as per hospital protocols and regulatory norms.
- Train and supervise store staff; manage work schedules and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare supply chain/store management.
- Familiarity with hospital supplies, medical terminologies, and equipment.
- Experience using inventory management software or ERP systems.
