Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Role:
∙Point of contact for sales and marketing related calls and product information.
∙Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and
supporting strategic plans.
∙Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and
user projects.
∙Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
and data centers.
∙Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and
information security and control structures.
∙Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by
evaluating organization outcomes.
∙Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual
budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
∙Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∙In-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11 and
∙Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
∙Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
∙Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
∙Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
∙MS Navision DynamicsNAV is responsible for
Support/Operation/Administration Engagement of ERP/CRM and supporting
Integrated Software Applications.
∙Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and

support of all current ERP and Upgrade of ERP.
∙Exposure includes Coding, User interface Testing, Report Development,
Debugging, Documentation, implementation and Client support.
∙Functional Knowledge in areas of Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables,
Financial Management, Inventory, Manufacturing etc.

∙Hardware & Networking support.
