You will play a key role in enhancing students' command of the English language, appreciation of literature, and overall academic success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive English curriculum that aligns with educational standards, learning objectives, and board examination requirements.
- Design engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments that cater to the diverse needs and interests of senior secondary students.

**Instruction and Delivery**:
Deliver effective English instruction using a variety of teaching methods, strategies, and resources to engage students and facilitate learning.
- **Student Assessment**:
Assess student progress and proficiency in English through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, including essays, tests, presentations, and projects.
- **Classroom Management**:
Establish and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth.

Implement effective classroom management strategies, routines, and procedures to promote student engagement, participation, and discipline.

**Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to English, such as literary clubs, debates, drama productions, and writing competitions.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, academic performance, and opportunities for growth in English.
- **Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in English or a related field (M.A. in English preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and examination requirements of relevant educational boards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Boards).
