**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [specify language(s)].
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
