**Position**: Corporate Chef-Modern indian
**Location**: -Ambala Punjab
**Department**: Culinary Operations
**Reports To**: [CEO/Managing Director/Director of Operations]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise kitchen operations across all outlets.
- Develop and standardize menus and recipes for consistency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and implement them into the menu.
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or Executive Chef.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Food safety and hygiene certification preferred.

**Experience**: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
