**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- **Customer Engagement**: Effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and pitch the company’s products/services.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales using the company’s CRM system.
- **Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team to improve service delivery.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s products/services and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
- **Training**: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to persuade potential customers and close sales.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer objections.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in [specific language(s) required] is a plus.
- **Attitude**: Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
