About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Conversion: Effectively convert warm and hot leads generated through tele callers, walk-ins, online inquiries, or other sources into enrolled students.
- Student Counseling: Provide comprehensive information about study destinations, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- Sales Closure: Achieve sales targets by securing student enrollments and collecting necessary fees.
- Student Management: Maintain and update student databases. Ensure timely feedback collection from students and address their concerns effectively.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with students to build trust and confidence.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest education trends, visa regulations, and university requirements.
- Collaboration and Visibility: Coordinate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand awareness campaigns. Participate actively in quarterly and annual company planning sessions.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in education or overseas education sector
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Good knowledge of the global education landscape
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
