**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong passion for UI/UX design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
