**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and compelling designs that align with our brand image and effectively communicate our message to our target audience. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop high-quality designs for both digital and print platforms.

**Key Responsibility**:

- You will use your knowledge, expertise, and skills to help the team successfully navigate our analytics frameworks/projects
- Your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, and innovative content for all social media platforms
- Must have a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design, and user requirements
- Preparation by gathering information and materials
- Generation of clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
- Translation of requirements, user needs, into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.
- Ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.

**Requirement**:

- Should be a maverick graphic designer with video making skills as well
- Must have an online presence with a great portfolio (BE hance, dribble, past work, others)
- Can also have portfolios (add on advantage)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Should have knowledge of areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space, and texture.
- Creation of templates for decks and other company documents like eBooks, White-Papers, etc.
- Work in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts, etc.
- Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
- Self-learning mindset to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Should deliver high-quality designs to customers.

**Job Location**: Mohali Phase 8A.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
