**Role Overview**:
As the **Digital Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing activities. You will oversee lead quality, maintain a strong online presence, and ensure all digital assets meet the highest standards. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical proficiency to enhance BIA's digital footprint.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Conduct **lead quality checks** by assessing leads for relevance and accuracy to ensure they align with the target audience criteria.
- Categorize leads as relevant or non-relevant and work with the sales team to prioritize high-quality leads.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation processes across all digital channels to improve lead quality.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan and schedule regular postings on all BIA social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content to grow followers and increase engagement.
- **Google My Business (GMB) and Online Reputation Management (ORM)**:

- Monitor and respond to reviews on GMB and other platforms.
- Ensure consistent positive online reputation through proactive management and timely responses.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Perform SEO ranking checks and implement strategies to improve website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and collaborate with content teams to optimize content for search engines.
- **Website Management**:

- Regularly audit the website for **dead pages, broken links, and form functionality** to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct checks on website pages and images to ensure they meet branding and technical standards.
- Collaborate with the tech team to resolve issues like broken links, 404 errors, and slow page loads promptly.
- Test all forms on the website to ensure submissions are working correctly and data is received as intended.
- **Skillset**:

- Strong understanding of lead management, lead quality analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with website audits, broken link checks, and form testing.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and online reputation management.
- Basic proficiency with website management and CMS tools like WordPress.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
