**Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate**

**Company Overview**:
Mythri Builders is a reputed name in the real estate industry, known for delivering quality projects with trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic and result-driven **Sales Executives** to promote and sell our ongoing and upcoming projects.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct project presentations, customer meetings, and property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert leads into closures.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate market and sales process.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and close deals.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce (preferred).
- 1-4 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary + Attractive performance-based incentives.
