Position: Receptionist
Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years
Location: New Delhi(Jasola).
Office Timing: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm.
**Roles &; Responsibilities**:
**Reception and Visitor Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes, including issuing visitor badges.
- Notify employees of guest arrivals and ensure visitors are directed appropriately.
**Telephone and Communication Handling**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Handle general inquiries or route them to the relevant departments.
- Maintain and update internal telephone directories.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and organization.
**Coordination and Scheduling**:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate with facility management for office supplies and repairs.
- Support HR or administration teams with event planning or employee onboarding.
**Security and Protocol**:
- Monitor access control systems and enforce security protocols.
- Maintain visitor logs for safety and compliance purposes
**Technology Proficiency**:
- Use office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite, scheduling tools) efficiently.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Min 6 months-2 Years’ experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- A bachelor's degree in any field is a must.
