Role Summary

Drive ground-level B2C sales for real-estate investments and property solutions as an individual contributor. Generate leads through cold calling and networking, convert prospects into clients, and consistently hit monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead generation**: Cold calling, follow-ups, and building referral pipelines.
- **Client meetings**: Book and attend appointments, present solutions, and close sales.
- **Customer engagement**: Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales operations**: Manage the end-to-end sales process, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.
- **Reporting**: Log daily field activity, appointment confirmations, feedback, and sales updates.
- **Prioritization**: Manage tasks effectively to meet or exceed targets.
