**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Vice Principal at our ICSE School in Mumbai. As the Vice Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the Principal in overseeing the academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities of the school. Your leadership skills, educational expertise, and passion for providing quality education will be vital in maintaining the school's high standards and fostering a conducive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and educational goals in alignment with ICSE curriculum guidelines.

Assist the Principal in supervising and evaluating teaching staff, ensuring their professional development, and promoting effective teaching practices.

Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring its adherence to ICSE standards and guidelines.

Monitor student progress, assess academic performance, and implement strategies for improvement.

Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for students, staff, and faculty.

Support the Principal in managing school operations, including admissions, scheduling, examinations, and record-keeping.

Coordinate and facilitate co-curricular activities, such as sports events, cultural programs, and educational trips.

Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on their child's progress.

Collaborate with the Principal in developing and managing the school's budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Stay updated with educational trends, research, and best practices, incorporating them into the school's policies and practices.

Qualifications:
A master's degree in Education or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an ICSE school, with proven experience in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of the ICSE curriculum and assessment practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, staff, and stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving educational excellence.

Sound understanding of educational policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

Proven organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
