We are working alongside the Ministry of Health as E-Health division partners to provide last mile access to quality healthcare through Telemedicine. This is a complex ecosystem that includes patients and their caregiving ecosystem to Healthcare workers and doctors.

We are bringing the human centered approach to large governance systems. We are a bunch of passionate people interested in bringing forth the Indian AI ecosystem to the world.

**Tasks Description**
- **Understanding the ecosystem through Primary Research**: We are conducting foundational research to understand the healthcare system of India in detail. This process includes designing the research probes and executing them on the ground. It also involves documenting our learning of the ecosystem to be shared with the internal & external stakeholders.
- **Secondary research**: It is important to understand what tech solutions already exist in DIgital health space. This also includes understanding what are AI's capabilities and shortcomings that need to be designed for.
- **User Experience Design**: It is important to understand what kind of UX design works for a large section of people with different demographics, cultural and language differences in a country like India. This learning will shape the way you will design tech products with AI here with us.

**Eligibility Criteria/**
**Requirements**:

- Excellent process driven approach showcased in portfolio. Applications without portfolios/thesis projects will not be entertained.
- Experience working with low literacy users(Good to have)
- Able to work with ambiguity and navigate their way confidently.
- Willingness to pick up new skills and ramp up quickly
- No bar on education/experience/existing technical skills

3 - 6 months (in-office internship)
