**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for structures, considering functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and safety.
- **Project Planning**: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, budgets, timelines, and feasibility.
- **Blueprint Creation**: Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and architectural documentation using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software or traditional drafting methods.
- **Code Compliance**: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- **Material Selection**: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods based on functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, presenting design proposals, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback into the designs.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure cohesive execution of the design.
- **Site Visits and Inspections**: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with the design specifications.
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for architectural projects, considering materials, labor, and other expenses.
- **Project Management**: Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and within the specified timelines and budgets.
- **Innovation and Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in architecture; integrate innovative ideas into designs.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
