Job Title:* Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Position : L2

Salary : up to 25k (incentive PF)

Location : Bangalore / ITPL

Experience - 1 + Years

Working days - 5.5 Days - 2 and 4th Saturday confirm weeke off

Shift timings - 09:30 to 6 :30

Qualifications - Graduation /Btec/ is also fine

Language : English + Any 2 regional lanaguge

Interview mode - 3 rounds

*Responsibilities:*

2. Provide guidance and support to project teams, offering expert advice and insights to inform decision-making processes.

4. Serve as a resource for training and development, delivering presentations, workshops, and materials to educate team members on relevant topics.

5. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

7. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering relationships and facilitating communication to achieve objectives.

8. Participate in meetings, conferences, and other events to represent the organization and share expertise with industry peers.

10. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

1. Bachelor's degree

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

5. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
