**Role description**:
We are looking for a **Workday Integration Specialist** to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.

This role also requires a strong understanding of Workday’s integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams.

**Skills**:

- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as **EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)**, **Core Connectors**, **Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST)**.
- Develop and support custom reports using **BIRT** for **Workday Advanced Reporting**.
- Create and manage **Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards**.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption.
- Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
