**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome students at the beginning of the term.
- Ensure that students report to all activities regularly as per the school schedule.
- Ensure that development of desirable qualities, skills and habits among students like punctuality, cleanliness, healthy eating, avoiding wastage etc.
- Be accessible to students for their needs at all reasonable hours.
- Keep track of absenteeism.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Ensure the medical well-being of students.
- Maintain record of student medication in consultation with nursing staff.
- Escort students for hospital appointments.
- Ensure that dorms and rooms are kept tidy.
- Report and coordinate with relevant authorities in case of emergency.
- Handle administrative tasks related to hostel operations
