**Job Summary**:
As an Admission Counselor for Culinary Courses, your primary responsibility is to drive enrollment by effectively selling our culinary programs to potential students. You will engage with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, and communicate the unique value proposition of our culinary courses.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Outreach and Engagement**:

- Conduct informational sessions and webinars showcasing the benefits and uniqueness of our culinary courses.

**Admissions Process**:

- Actively sell the advantages of our culinary courses, providing persuasive information on course details, admission requirements, and financial assistance options.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our culinary courses.
- Translate product knowledge into compelling selling points to address student inquiries effectively.

**Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with potential students, understanding their goals, aspirations, and challenges.
- Utilize relationship-building skills to effectively close sales and drive enrollment.

**Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and achieve enrollment goals.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and admissions progress.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators related to sales and contribute to ongoing strategy discussions.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:1 to 2 years of experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the education sector.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the benefits of our culinary courses.

**Sales Acumen**: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Salary Range**: Up to 55,000 INR

**Location**:Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
