**Who We’re Looking For**:
We need a **Digital Marketing Executive** with **6 months to 2 years of experience** who understands **social media marketing, content creation, and basic SEO.** If you're creative, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging **static and video content** using **Canva** and other tools.
Run and optimize **organic and paid social media campaigns** to increase reach and engagement.
Stay updated with **social media trends and platform algorithms** to enhance performance.
Have a **basic understanding of SEO** to optimize content for search engines.
Track and report key **performance metrics** to analyze campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop high-quality content.

**Must-Have Skills**:
✔ **Strong social media marketing skills** - you should know the ins and outs of all major platforms.
✔ **Proficiency in Canva** - ability to design engaging visuals and create video posts.
✔ **Content creation** - ability to craft creative, engaging, and brand-focused content.
✔ **Basic SEO knowledge** - understanding how to optimize posts for better visibility.
✔ **Excellent communication skills** - both written and verbal.
✔ **Background in digital marketing** - minimum 6 months of experience is required.
