Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field
- Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related field (may be considered)

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and embroidery/stitching techniques
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in merchandising software and tools
- Knowledge of product development, sourcing, and supply chain management
- Familiarity with current market standards for stitching charges and embroidery costs

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in women's wear merchandising or related industry
- Knowledge of various embroidery techniques and stitching methods
- Certification in merchandising or related field (e.g., Certified Merchandiser)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for women's wear products with embroidery and stitching

- Manage product lifecycle, from concept to delivery
- Ensure product quality and compliance with market standards
