**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a personalized **learning plan** to help the child transition smoothly into the NIOS curriculum.
- Use **multisensory teaching approaches** to enhance comprehension and retention.
- Incorporate **life skills, communication, and self-regulation strategies** to improve independence and confidence.
- Work closely with parents and other educators to ensure a **holistic learning approach**.
- Assess and track the child’s progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Create a **supportive and engaging learning environment** tailored to the child’s strengths and challenges.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Special Education, Psychology, or a related field**.
- Certification in **special education or remedial teaching** is a plus.
- Experience in working with children who have **learning difficulties, developmental delays, or other special needs**.
- Familiarity with the **NIOS curriculum and individualized learning plans**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** to collaborate with parents and educators.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methodologies.
