**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate **large-scale invoices** accurately and timely using **Tally Prime**:

- Create and manage **E-way bills** and **E-invoices**:

- Prepare and update **MIS reports** regularly for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with clients for billing queries, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Manage **accounts reconciliation** and ensure accuracy in ledgers
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Support in the **month-end closing process** and assist with required reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient **time management** for collections

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in an Accounts Executive or similar role
- **Software**: Proficiency in **Tally Prime** is a must
- Strong understanding of **E-way billing** and **E-invoicing processes**:

- Working knowledge of **basic accounting principles**:

- Familiarity with **MIS reporting** and **accounts reconciliation**:

- Excellent communication and **client management skills**:

- Good **organizational and time management** abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure efficiently

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field
- Prior experience in a high-invoicing volume environment
- Exposure to GST and compliance basics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
