**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and impactful packaging designs for pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Design promotional materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital assets that effectively communicate product benefits and key messages to healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and regulatory affairs to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate complex scientific and medical information into visually engaging graphics and illustrations for use in promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform design decisions and ensure designs resonate with target audiences.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize packaging and promotional concepts, and present designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files and digital assets, and coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, revisions, and project communications.
- Stay current with advancements in design software, tools, and techniques to enhance productivity and creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a focus on product packaging and promotional materials, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Coral Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, colour theory, Artwork corrections, typography, and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmaceutical packaging and promotional materials (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative design solutions.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of packaging designs and promotional materials, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of brand identity and messaging.
- Experience with digital design and production techniques for online and social media platforms is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
