**Position: Associate IT (CYBER SECURITY) - Ahmedabad**

The IT Help Desk representative will be responsible for providing essential IT help Desk support services. This role involves system monitoring, helpdesk support, and security patch management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Helpdesk Support**: Provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- **Security Patch Management**: Implement and manage security patches to protect client systems from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
- **Data Backup and Recovery**: Ensure regular backups are performed and manage data recovery processes to safeguard client information.
- **Software Management**: Install, update, and manage essential software required for client business operations.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their IT needs and provide timely support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in system monitoring tools, helpdesk software, and security patch management. Knowledge of data backup and recovery solutions. **Experience with ConnectWise RMM Manage and Automate is required.** **Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 Admin portals is required.**:

- **Certifications**: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Network Management**: Experience with network management and troubleshooting.
- **Server Administration**: Knowledge of server administration and maintenance.
- **Customer Service**: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
