Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller in Ahmedabad. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, following up on unpaid claims, resolving billing issues, and communicating with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payments.

**Qualifications**:
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance procedures

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data

Attention to detail and accuracy in billing

Ability to work well in a team and handle high call volumes

Previous experience as an AR Caller or in healthcare revenue cycle management

Certification in Medical Billing is plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
