**Description & Qualifications**:
Description
- Excellent understanding of US payroll basics.
- Perform all payroll-related functions, including but not limited to payroll processing, audits, and maintenance, with mínimal to no assistance.
- Has an understanding of UKG-specific payroll solutions
- To come up with process innovation ideas for process standardization and implement quality control measures effectively.
- Able to manage processes for multiple clients within the MS payroll team group.
- Assist with all YE/QE payroll activities, including the ability to process basic QE/YE payroll adjustments.
- Work on basic projects, providing updates to appropriate internal and external contacts with limited supervision.
- Attend or lead recurring customer calls and serve as a point of contact for tasks, issues, and projects.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet the established schedule and team goals.
- Mentor for Payroll Reps. I and II
- Takes ownership of the role and accepts accountability for their own work.
- Participate in special projects and business initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Quickly and easily adapts to change and shifting priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite of software (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Escalates non-routine inquiries and issues to the lead or supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2+ years to experience in HCM industry domain operations (US payroll, tax, benefits, garnishments, etc.) with good working knowledge of relevant domain, industry practices, techniques, standards, and business unit/group functions
- Requires specialized skills or proficiency in a range of work procedures in alignment with the business unit
- Proficient in 365 suite, Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with high enthusiasm, drive and passion
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer service interface and communication
