**Education Counsellor**
- Counsel potential students to help them understand our various courses and make better learning choices.
- Conduct detailed profiling of the learner to understand the student's career aspirations and learning ability and pitch the right program
- Managing the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned. This will include understanding the lead profile, identifying the need, pitching the right course, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Build sales pipeline/opportunities to achieve the assigned targets
- Fee tracking and follow-up.
- Adhere to the sales process, productivity, and quality parameters.
- Increase individual conversions
- Generate leads through referrals & improve conversions on those leads
- Outstanding oral and written communication in the English language.
- Minimum 2 years of total experience in academic/ career counseling experience.
- Should have completed graduation/post-graduation
- Should be a quick learner and should be able to multitask
- Ensure that record keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained.
- Understands meaning of good customer service.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
- Females preferred.
