Key Responsibilities
- **I. Primary job Responsibilities**:
Introduction to various Toyota tools for Sales Team; Training & Assessments mandate
SOP Implementation & Adherence by each members
Ensure member nomination & Participation for TKM training
Track member participation formally
Successful assessment by each member post training
100% KI Assessment successfully by each member
Members use Lakshya & RAPL religiously
Nomination of members for TKM Training
**III.** **Working Conditions**:
Annual & Monthly Training Plan
TKM Assessment analysis and guidance to team accordingly
Need based training to Sales Team
Member‐wise performance tracking
Need based training for low performing members ‐ PDCA
Team preparation within dealership for new model
New Model Counter Training ‐ Competition
Competition gemba and capture information ‐ segment, price, features etc.
Prepare team for Assessment
SOP Implementation & Adherence by each members
SOP Improvisation
Members grading status ‐ how many in which category
Any other update in terms of SOP enhancement, KI etc. as relevant for the month
Summary of TKM Trainings and dealer participation.
**Education Qualification**
**Required**
Graduation in Technolgy + MBA in sales & Marketing
Preferred
Graduation with Experience in Database and process field
Skills and Relevant Work Experience
- Required
- Experience in MIS
- **Experience in excel**
- **Experience in Power point & Internet**
Computer proficiency
- Basic Computer Knowledge
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
