**1. Admission Counsellor**

The Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting and enrolling students into the Engineering and Business Administration programs. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about the programs, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Provide detailed information about the Engineering and Business Administration programs, including curriculum, faculty, campus facilities, and career opportunities.
- Conduct campus tours and organise information sessions and open houses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Participate in college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
- **Minimum Qualifications**:_

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing or equivalent experience in marketing.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, marketing, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the higher education industry and admissions processes is a plus.
- **Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:_

**Student Recruitment**:

- Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets for the Engineering and Business Administration programs.
- Increase the number of qualified leads through effective outreach and follow-up.

**Application Management**:

- Maintain a high level of data integrity in the admissions database.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional support to prospective students and their families.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Event Coordination**:

- Successfully plan and execute recruitment events, such as open houses and campus tours.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase attendance.
- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:_

**Enrollment Targets**
- Number of students enrolled in the Engineering and Business Administration programs per year.
- Conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.

**Lead Generation**_**:_
- Number of new leads generated through various recruitment activities.
- Quality of leads based on their likelihood to enrol.

**Application Processing**:
**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Feedback scores from prospective students and their families.
- Number of repeat inquiries and referrals.

**Event Success**:

- Attendance rates at recruitment events.
