- Mature and Motivated individual having in-depth experience with DevOps technologies.
- The activities are complex in nature due to the architecture and usage of the platform, so should have strong technical skills
- Primary technologies: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Istio, Gitlab, Python/Go, Docker, Chef, shell scripting, Unix/Linux, Gradle
- Good understanding of REST API, CLI tooling,
- Experience with Cloud architectures: AWS, IaaC deployment, Serverless approach, auto-scaling,
- Experience with DevOps / Container architecture: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, service mesh, tracing
- Good understanding of security principles: web exposure, hardening, network design, SSL/TLS, OIDC/Oauth2,
- Continuous improvement (Integration, delivery, GitLab),
- Monitoring / Alerting / Logging,
- Automation, industrialization and testing: chaos engineering, perfs testing,
- Experience in Java, Python, Spring framework desired,
- Knowledge of DB SQL/NoSQL principles, caching, queuer,
- Network: design, TCP/IP, Firewalls, NAT, Load balancers, VPN.
- Able to technically guide a core team of highly skilled individuals
- Able to define Architecture frameworks, standards and principals to lay the foundation for building the products
- Excellent understanding of Product development lifecycle to be able to provide consultancy to team across all phases from initialization to delivery
- Should be hands-on and able to take up development activities i.e. Coding and Unit testing
- Exhibit leadership skills to be able to guide and mentor the team members
- Should have excellent communication skills
