REQUIREMENT:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in confectionary and gourmet cakes
- Strong skills in fondant and sugar work, eye for detail
- Manage large scale production, monitor inventory levels
- Assists Head Baker when needed, leads a section of the bakery, trains commis
- Maintains consistency in taste, texture, presentation, plating
- Curious, creative, eager to grow
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
