**1. Procurement & Sourcing**
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Source and purchase materials, products, and services required by various departments.
- Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary and operational requirements.

**2. Vendor Management**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery reliability.

**3. Cost & Inventory Control**
- Analyze purchasing trends to optimize cost savings.
- Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.

**4. Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and invoices.
- Monitor adherence to contractual terms and agreements.

**5. Coordination & Reporting**
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, finance, logistics) to align purchasing with business needs.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
- Resolve issues related to delays, quality concerns, or payment disputes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and contracts effectively.
