**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Our dream team is hiring for a dynamic front desk officer to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks offering regulatory support across the organization. We are looking for an executive with excellent organisational skills and providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ensuring the front desk area is tidy, presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Order front office supplies and maintaining inventory of stock.
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Keeping an updated record of office expenses and costs.
- Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:
- Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a front office representative, administrative assistant or any similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have an experience of handling a team.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment’s (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when need arises.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
