**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Should give proper training for labours until their probation period is over. To mointor closely until they complete their training.

Should co-ordinate with management and labours to meet the Organizational goals effectively

Should take the Responsibilites of the labour production and their attendance and their swift hours and Time mangement

**Inspect and Verify the Quality and Quantity of the Production,Packing and cross verification of the packaged Finished goods**

Should communicate all the updates from labours

Should coordinate labours to perfom Montly maintenance

Should handle breakdowns time effiently

Should keep and maintain cleanliness of production & packaging section

**Should report and update imediately daily day to day Activities, Updates of labour and site to Management**

Daily Record keeping maintaining of Inventory,production and packaging

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
