**About your new role**

Team leadership/managing a team of counselors working in different campaign**s.**

Preparing plan of action for all the campaigns.

Monitoring performance of counselors.

Helping them achieve individual as well as team targets

Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

Student conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the company.

Assisting students to identify their academic values and goals.

Assisting students to independently monitor their progress toward achieving their educational and career goals.

Connecting with the students from the database provided by the company and refer them about the courses provided by us.

Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns.

Maintain appropriate student records in the enrollment system.
